Goodbye Gluten

A Decade of Family Favourite Recipes

For over a decade now, Goodbye Gluten’s proven recipes have been a staple welcomed at the dining tables and family gatherings of the Celiac and gluten free communities across the GTA. Our meals are popular year round, but they are especially popular during holidays such as Passover, Easter, Rosh Hashanah, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, and Christmas.

Wholesome, Fresh Ingredients Meets Scratch Cooking

Our meals are made from fresh produce and naturally raised, locally sourced beef and chicken that are free of steroids, antibiotics, and hormones. All these natural, low processed, high quality ingredients combine with our kitchen staff’s cooking to create wonderful meals that have that comforting home cooked taste.

Your Gluten Free Kitchen

Delicious, Convenient Gluten Free Meals

All of our meals are fully cooked. Ready to re-heat and enjoy. This gives customers the convenience of having a few meals ready to go in their freezer for when they are too busy to cook, need some help in the kitchen, want to take a break from cooking, go away (i.e. university students, cottage trips, dinner parties), or have family and friends with special dietary needs coming over. Whatever the case may be, we are there to help serve up delicious home cooked tasting meals that suit a variety of dietary needs.

Trust in Our Worry Free Kitchen

We take allergens and cross-contamination very seriously. Our kitchen is completely free of gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and shellfish. The kitchen staff are trained to clean and disinfect thoroughly after any work sessions involving dairy and eggs to prevent any possibility of cross-contamination. The vast majority of our product selection is dairy free and egg free, but if any meals contain eggs or dairy then they are labelled accordingly and there are dairy free alternatives available for many of our meals. We aim to provide a worry free kitchen environment so customers can enjoy their meals with peace of mind.
